Citadel and fortress of Inca Culture, architectural jewel, built shortly before the fifteenth century, steep at 2300 m altitude, in the middle between the Cordillera and the upon Amazon, where site was long forgotten.

Inca site intact at the top of a mountain in an absolutely great place. The Inca roads lead us to the Sacred Valley and the Imperial city of Cuzco. Declared a Peruvian Historic Sanctuary in 1981 and a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983.
